Imports Duties:
Place orders on Syspro and with suppliers
Open new shipping files
Assist with foreign payments
Liaise with suppliers re: shipping dates and shipping documents
Clearing instructions to be completed and sent to bill
Track & trace deliveries and documentation - transporters and bill
Notify w/house and management regarding deliveries
Update imports costing sheet for Managing Director
Finalize imports files once all goods are received
Fill in L.O.A - if required for bill
Export Duties:
Arranging of clearing documents & paperwork
Requesting quotation from freight forwarder
Processing of freight invoice
Completion & collection of documents
Update export excel
Additional /Adhock Duties:
Fill in for shipping manager in her absence
Assisting with PA duties if and when required
Payment of VAT - Oshoek border
Processing VAT payments and update payment sheet
Profit & loss schedule
Yearend schedule
Month end - all payments to be processed before the deadline date.
Update outstanding order schedules, send out weekly

Matric
Qualification in Logistics (Advantageous)
2 - 4 years’ experience in similar role
Computer literacy, a must on Excel, Word, Outlook and Syspro
