We are a software service provider based in Gauteng and looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate with a minimum of 3 years comprehensive Operational and Systems experience.

Not only will you be assisting freight forwarding and clearing agents with implementing our software solutions, but also get to intimately understand their business and processes in order to help them derive the maximum benefit from our comprehensive solutions. This is a great opportunity to apply the knowledge and experience you have gained thus far across a wider spectrum all matters in the shipment lifecycle, across modalities, imports and exports, warehousing, finance, reporting and much more.

If you can hold your own when talking about purchase orders, estimates, INCO terms, and invoicing tariffs, then you have our attention. Do you have a deep understanding of disbursement management? Know how to review revenue reports and sales commissions but also know a thing or two about customs clearances and RCG? Then you have us impressed!

Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Matric
- Experience across various departments e.g. Operations, Customs and Finance, CRM and Business Route
Development across modalities for both imports and exports will be advantageous.
- Provide training on different modules as and when required together with occasional travel to coastal
branches.
- Practical, hands-on, and demonstrable experience on any of the major Customs / TMS software systems.

PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED:
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills (verbal, written and telephonic).
- Excellent Presentation skills, having to present and demonstrate functionality in front of an audience.
- Strong Administrative skills for project management and implementations.
- Patient and good listening skills.
- Impeccable work ethic, taking pride in your contribution to the team and the success of our clients.
